▌ Responsibilities

Lead the design of critical and high-impact technology components of systems.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.
Define and communicate the technology vision and strategy for the organization.
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, including engineering core technology design (including SLAM/NVG /Vision /Recognition /Manipulation /PLEX) architecture, algorithm design review, product management, UX/UI design, QA, and DevOps.
Collaborate with multiple teams, ensuring consistency in technological principles and promoting best practices.
Conduct in-depth technology reviews, providing feedback on architecture, design, and overall technology strategy.
Lead efforts to optimize technology solutions for scalability, performance, and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing processes and tools to enhance overall technology efficiency.
Act as a thought leader within the organization and the broader industry, contributing to technical blogs, conferences, and community engagement.

▌ Qualifications

Previously employed for (x) years as a CTO (Chief Technology Officer)
Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
Thorough understanding of the architecture, design, and development of web platforms
Proactive in solving problems
Practical knowledge of complex project management
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
