1. Lead the design and control of Wealth Management lending and proprietary trading processes, including, but not limited to, adapting the sales process to comply with the latest regulations and internal policies, monitoring transactions, and defining system enhancement requirements.

2. Establish control frameworks and optimize the client experience by closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers.

3. Assist in facilitating tasks related to Wealth Management investment product processes.

4. Develop and implement action plans to address feedback or recommendations from regulatory bodies or internal audits.

5. Integrate principles of digitization, simplification, and standardization into process redesigns to enable straight-through processing whenever possible.

6. Engage with Group and local stakeholders on project planning, approvals, status updates, implementation, and monitoring of costs and benefits.

7. Plan, manage, and track department or team initiatives and financials.
