1. Lead or perform audit planning and carry out audit assignments as directed by the Head of Audit.
2. Plan, execute, and finalize audits in alignment with departmental and professional standards.
3. Conduct audits focusing on technology, including IT infrastructure, processes, applications, operations, security, and emerging technologies.
4. Leverage data analytics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audit coverage.
5. Participate in initiatives to improve the audit department’s effectiveness, value, and reputation, such as automation or risk assessment projects.
6. Promptly inform and provide guidance to the Head of Audit in Taiwan regarding significant risks, control issues, and regulatory concerns identified during audits.
7. Maintain strong relationships with the management team and stakeholders, identify potential risks and control gaps through ongoing monitoring, and design the audit framework for the team’s execution.

資格條件:

1. Experience in system management, system development, or information security within a financial institution, or relevant IT/information security auditing experience.
2. A background in financial institution auditing or consulting is preferred but not essential.
3. Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, such as Computer Science or IT Management.
4. Possession of one or more relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, etc.).
5. Completion of regulatory-mandated training for internal auditors.
