▌ Responsibilities 

– Lead data-driven decision-making for the CUL business and associated CUL Platform.
– Gain a deep understanding of CUL products, including Cards, Unsecured Loans, and channels like Card+, Ploan+, and Telemarketing, along with their customer journeys such as onboarding, engagement, retention, and portfolio management for both Cards and Unsecured Loans.
– Implement engagement techniques like prospecting, click-through journeys, and portfolio management.
– Collaborate closely with teams from Product, Martech, Segment, Regional, Credit, Finance, and Operations, as well as within MtJ squads, to develop new strategies, create seamless customer journeys, and improve customer experience.
– Facilitate and support the enhancement of team members’ data analytics skills by onboarding them to ADA, a modern data analytics platform that incorporates CML, Python, Pyspark, etc.
– Deliver customer and business impact:
– Leverage the Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data and drive business impact with product partners.
– Propel cognitive and automated banking initiatives through the development of machine learning models and the automation of control towers.
– Identify key trends, provide insights into performance and causality, and uncover opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
– Be customer-centric. Deepen the understanding of customer needs and preferences, analyze customer behavior, and design campaigns or experiments to improve engagement and marketing outcomes.
– Demonstrate thought leadership:
– Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration to drive actions and achieve impact.
– Effectively influence decision-making through clear storytelling; simplify complex ideas and communicate them in an easy-to-understand manner.
