工作內容:

1. Supervise and lead the international tax operations of the organization, reporting directly to the Head of the Tax Department.
2. Provide tax-related guidance for the company and its global subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the organization’s tax strategy, operational policies, and compliance standards.
3. Develop and implement cross-border tax strategies while offering timely advice to executives on international investment matters.
4. Monitor global tax legislative changes and assess their potential impact on both the company’s local and international business operations.

其他條件:

1. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, or finance is required.
2. Over 10 years of taxation experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
3. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
4. In-depth understanding of taxation and accounting principles and regulations.
5. Experience working globally, particularly in publicly listed companies, is an advantage.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in communication, project management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
7. High level of integrity, solid expertise in accounting and tax principles/regulations, and strong financial insight.
8. Capability to collaborate across functions and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced high-tech environment, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
9. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
10. Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint.
