Private Banking RM Team Head(台北)

▌ 職務說明

Oversees the team’s KPIs, including profitability, the mix of transactional vs. recurring revenue, and net new money (inflows and outflows).
Acts as a proactive sales coach for the team, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategy, communicating high-impact ideas, and maintaining pricing discipline.
Ensures a steady operational rhythm with regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with Relationship Managers (RMs), fostering transparent communication.
Supports and empowers the team to identify, acquire, and onboard new clients through a structured sales process, enhances the wallet share and revenue from existing clients, and collaborates with RMs to create detailed 6–12-month client action plans.
