▌ Responsibilities
•Owner to lead Wealth Management lending and Prop trading process design and control design, including but not limited to sales process coping with latest regulation and internal policy, transaction monitoring and corresponding system enhancement requirement, etc.
•Set up control design and optimize client experience, closely cooperate with internal stakeholders and external providers.
•Support to facilitate WM investment product related process tasks.
•Formulate and execute action plan regarding rectifications/improvements when there is comment/advice from regulatory bodies or Group internal audit.
•Embed digitisation, simplification, and standardisation principles in redesigning processes for straight-through-processing whenever possible.
•Engage Group and local stakeholders on project planning, approval, status updates, implementation and cost/benefit monitoring).
•Plan/Manage/Tack department/team’s initiatives and financials.

▌ Qualifications
•Bachelor or above Degree holder.
•3-5 years above of financial institution experience either from Banks, Wealth Management related business or WML business background.
•Familiar with TW WM related regulations.
•Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, able to co-work with global teams.
•Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
•MS office skill required, excelled at Word/PPT/Excel, etc.
•Multi-tasking and project management experience is a plus.
