▌ Job Description

1. Oversee the Credit & Risk Department which comprises:
   ●a team of Credit Analysts whose key responsibilities are the structuring of credit facilities with RMs and the preparation of the credit proposals to be submitted thereon to credit committee for approval
   ●a team of Credit Admin Analysts whose key responsibilities are the preparation of credit & security documents, MAS reporting, as well as the maintenance of credit limits in the system, and
2. Provide leadership and supervision of CRM with strong focus on superior customer service delivery and Credit & Risk expertise and control.
3.  Establish Department as a keen business partner and play a contributory role to the business growth and profitability.
4.  Formulate and oversee the development of critical credit & risk related strategy/policies with a balanced orientation towards business growth, managed risk, efficiency, enhance productivity and quality service.

▌Requirements

• Competencies (Technical / Behavioural)
• solid credit administration experience and risk management awareness
• good problem solving ability
• positive communication skills
• good drive and strong commitment to improve overall efficiency ‐client focus
• Ability to understand, explain and support change Specific Qualifications
• 10 years+ credit analysis experience, prefer in wealth management. -Bachelor degree, major in finance or commercial management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
