▌ Responsibilities
– Draft and issue credit documents and loan agreements based on credit approvals, including new authorizations, amendments, and annual renewals, in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
– Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of credit documents and loan agreements signed by clients. Properly store these documents in their respective credit files and digitize them for electronic records.
– Coordinate with the Front Office and other relevant departments to address queries related to credit administration.
– Input and maintain system records for each authorization according to the approved credit terms.
– Regularly or as needed, review and update credit administration procedures and processes.
– Compile and prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for the Head Office, Regional Office, local regulators, Credit Bureau, and management.
– Provide support for periodic or ad hoc credit training sessions conducted by the regional or local office for the Front Office.
– Collaborate with team members to provide mutual support, ensuring professional interactions within the team and with other departments.
– Assist with ad hoc assignments from the Regional Office or local management.
