【外商投信】 Retail Client Servicing Trainee (Contractor)

▌ Responsibilities

• Experience on client services and client on boarding in the financial industry

• Provide the support and advice for sales and onshore/offshore team

• Handle the day to day external phone call from distributors and individual

• Comply with the regulations, guidelines and SOP

• Assist in account opening, AML, screening, review, reporting, record update

• Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements of KYC requirements

• Client servicing does not need to face to end client and also no need to sell the fund to client.

▌ Qualifications

• The Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals

• Experience within client service/sales support/operations

• Knowledge on operation of mutual funds

• Good organization and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Fluent both in Mandarin & English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to:

a. Work well with colleague and build relationships with clients

b. Take active measures to solve problems

c. Commit to a high level of service
