▌ 職務說明

• Reviewand checkall marketing materials 
• Provide daily compliance recommendation to whole company 
• Help company to supervisecompliance policies and proceduresto meet the requirements of the law 
• Develop and amend compliance training including compliance guidance and regulatory change to enhance compliance awareness in the company. 
• Conduct the yearly compliance self-assessment and review  
• Prepare monthly compliance report, key risk indicator report, risk report and other scheduled reports

▌ 理想的應徵者

• Good verbal and writing communication skills in English  
• At least 6 years legal/compliance relevant experience in financial industry
• 具備證照：證券商高級業務員、投信投顧業務員、投信投顧相關法規（含自律規範）、信託業業務人員信託業務專業測驗
